The fact that I can get a vegan Sammy or bowl and smoothie brings me back again and again.

I came in for a Cortado and to change in the bathroom (lol) but stayed for the orange tonic espresso. Service was great! The atmosphere was really nice too.
I’ve been camping for a week straight so it was nice to relax on the couch for a bit. If I ever stop through again, I’ll be back.

If you're looking for a variety of coffees, and other the kinds of drinks definitely the place to go as far as the food, it lacked a lot of flavor but it had great ingredients.

Walk up to the bar and place your order. We're vegans, so we ordered a salad, avocado toast and a chocolate almond butter smoothie bowl. After placing your order, just find a table and they'll drop off your order as it's ready.

Expensive smoothies.

After a positive experience with Avocado toast (see at bottom) we decided to go back a few days later. We read the extensive smoothie menu hanging on the wall above the counter and decided to each get a peach smoothie (“Sup Peaches”). We were then told they didn’t offer that one any longer and that the smoothies they didn’t have were covered up in blue tape. While it’s true a few were covered in blue tape, the peach smoothie was not. They doubled down and we had to point out to them that the menu still showed peach smoothies as available.

We then had to re-decide on new smoothies and we decided to do a build your own as they listed peach there and we thought we would build our own peach smoothie. The person we ordered with wasn’t sure if they had peach or not so had to double check and they were out of both peaches, and the peach smoothie option. The individual peach in the “build your own” section was also not covered with tape.

Normally no big deal but it was how they doubled down on it and we had to point out to them that their own menu was wrong based on what they were saying.

Their smoothies are also expensive. Just a block or 2 up Portage there is a lovely cafe where we found peach smoothies for at least $2 less.

First rated 5 stars as this was one of the only places in the Soo we found whole grain bread and the avocado toast was pretty good, albeit expensive for what it was. It also had raw red onions on it.

Tasty healthy food options. I got the Autumn harvest bowl and only had half of it because it was filling. I also had the white and gold latte which is white chocolate and Turmeric, it was delightfully different and not too sweet.
2 entrances, one handicap ♿️ accessible.

Not a fan of what this place has become! You have made a Starbucks ... Congratulations. You used to carry much more sporting goods. Also, there is no parking as you allow ppl to linger as long as they want.

Loved an early morning breakfast with my wife. Really friendly staff. All food ingredients were fresh . Would recommend anyone who visits this town to come here.
