George, Jessica, and Ariana took care of me after a very long day. I came in fairly late (much later than I normally would) and they not only made my food but got me a drink. They definitely made the end of my night a lot better than the food options at the hotel would have been. Thank you guys again!

Heads up if you order Queso and chips you will be brought the order which is woefully short on queso and rather includes a "pico" type "garnish" to make the bowl look somewhat more full. When you inevitably run out of Queso they will be happy to get you more . . . for a price within $2 of the original. This is the reason I try and avoid chain restaurants. Quite honestly I felt bad for my server who desperately wanted to get me more rather than explain the corporate position to extract max potential from any customer.Phuck corporate

Our server was new so we understand being a little slow while getting the hang of things but it took us 20 minutes just to get drinks. The food was pretty good, too much lettuce in the wrap and not enough chicken. We wanted a gift card to give to a table of coworkers across the way, but the waitress didn't know how to do it and didn't seem like she wanted to ask anyone for help so we just payed for their drinks instead.

Food is blah just like I remember it being, which is why we haven't gone in years. This is a chain wide issue, not just this particular location. Service was ok, but nothing great. Boneless wings were like crunchy chicken nuggets with sauce thrown on. We had stomachaches before even leaving the restaurant from the amount of grease.

Great experience overall with quick service and courteous staff. The wings always deliver! Very accommodating to my four kids, who can be a bit much at times! Our server, Jessica O., was super friendly and helped make it a fun time for my family. We aren’t from the area, but we will be back!
Terrible bar service. Going to pay for my drink and leave because this is ridiculous! I'll go somewhere else for food. Nothing like working in the area for 4 days and this is closest to my hotel. Could've had a customer.

UPDATE: Reevie the manager on duty was very nice, apologetic, and he took care of the issue. Always be NICE if something wasn’t to your satisfaction.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Placed the online order about 3:30pm we received it about 5:15pm. That’s not a problem there. What IS A PROBLEM is that my granddaughters fries were not with the order, my daughter & my fries were cold, the chicken wings tasted like they either sat underneath the heat lamp for an hour, or they were already cooked and not fresh, and they served them to us. Extremely disappointed because if you dine in? The food is excellent.

We’ve been to this place twice now and the first time, we actually waited nearly 25 minutes before being greeted with menus and water. Second time we knew better and left after 10 minutes and the same situation. Both times we sat in the bar area. Hard pressed to return and it’s a shame since the atmosphere sells itself. Just need good service.
