Bk food tends to be pretty good when it's done right. Unfortunately, this one never gets an order right. Especially if you use the app, although my last order was made in person and even after it was read back to me three times, it was still wrong.

I needed emergency help during a time when dining in was not an option. ( I being a visitor did not know this) I saw ppl in there working the drive thru and banged on the door and , yelled for help only they refused even when I asked them to plz call 911 for me. ? Not sure why they couldn't pick up a phone and dial 3 #'s?! Disappointed
