Aside from the very average food, the main problem is the weird service. On the surface, it seemed friendly but halfway through my meal, the waitress shoved a bill in my face and told me “take your time.” Thanks, I’ll take my time without your permission. The restaurant was almost empty! While I sat waiting for my main, I asked her for bread and she told me “it’s extra” and proceeded to tell me every single thing I ordered and bread wasn’t one of them. I had to press and again ask if she had bread. She then told me she has white brown and something else but brought me nothing. If a customer asks for bread then bring bread! It doesn’t require an argument! What restaurant doesn’t provide bread with a meal? Especially if you request it. I mentioned to the cashier - you need to stand in line to pay, instead of paying at your table - and the cashier just stared at me blankly. Is this the first time they’ve ever heard this feedback? Do they shove a bill in everyone’s face while they’re still eating? The water had a really bad aftertaste and was shockingly bad. And it’s way too bright in there. I had the broiled whitefish - it was good but the baked potato was both hard and overcooked - tasteless. The veg wasn’t fresh - it was a frozen mix. I have to say I’ve been there before for the buffet - which is a tremendous deal, I think it was only $20 last time I went but the service that time was also very mixed. For example, the waitress brought us one glass of water for two people. I don’t think I received worse service than anyone else here - but I’ve eaten in hundreds of restaurants and this is the only one that handed me a bill while I was still eating. I find it extremely rude and hope this review raises their consciousness about it.

Waitress did her job well that's why we left a tip but food was horrible. Baked potato looked boiled not baked and the steak tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill.

Have eaten there many times over the years while staying at the casino. Same tired, worn out menu for many years.
Food is just average. Mostly deep fried. Maybe some chicken on the menu would be nice. I miss the wonderful buffet they once had. Service was good.

Dietary restrictions: Hard to find diabetic safe foods on the menu.

This was absolutely a horrible experience. Arrived 6/23 for overnight stay. The hotel is in the midst of renovation and this wasn’t told to us prior to making reservations. We were awaken at 730 am by construction noises throughout the hotel. Our bathroom shower had black mold everywhere. When front desk was told, didn’t seem to care. Unfortunate all the way around.

Just had the lunch buffet. Food is ok and well cooked. Service is very good. My designed service girl Katie was very sweet and kind, i liked her very much. The price is fair, i think since it's my first time in this place. Would recommend it instead of running around to find a place to eat when you are already on place. ??

After you walk down an indoor trail complete with water falls, you find yourself at a quaint and cozy restaurant where the staff are warm, kind, and absolutely went a step above. One of the members of my party has very complicated allergies and dreads eating out, but they were very well accommodated by the staff here. Fantastic whitefish too. Would recommend to anyone with a mouth.

Dietary restrictions: Staff checked ingredients and communicated well with each other to accommodate the need. Wonderful service.

Parking: Very open parking

Wheelchair accessibility: Very open for wheelchairs.

We had a party of 7 and they refused to pull tables together to accommodate us. They even treated us as separate tables when taking orders. The hostess looked very overwhelmed and clueless, the restaurant was not even busy. It was maybe 1/4 full. The staff in general seemed overwhelmed, maybe understaffed? The menu is extremely limited and looked and tasted like frozen foods. I got a burger that tasted like a frozen Patty and was overcooked. My husband got the fish and chips and they came out looking like frozen fish sticks. Tasted okay, but portion size was small. There are plenty of other great places to eat in SSM, I wouldn't return.
