Went in for the breakfast buffet. There is never anything on it, always waiting for food thats barley mediocore anymore..service is ok .. The back door area stinks...the place is going downhill . It sad when i know what and how it used to be ☹️😟

Went to visit my daughter here last weekend and was happy to dine here twice! I loved their Greek Omelet and hash browns! Nice and easy going atmosphere and the person who took our order was very friendly and tentative to our needs. I will definitely be back to Frank's Place when I head back for a visit this summer!

Stayed across the street at hotel and staff recommended this place to eat. I had the turkey dinner and it was great. My husband's not a fan so he got ravioli and meatballs. The meatball soup as a starter was some of the best I've ever eaten!! Homemade blue cheese dressing for my salad was delicious. Great prices to boot.

Terrible!! Breakfast was slow to come out of the kitchen considering the buffet available, which about 50% of the half full restaurant was taking part in. Food came out so greasy. Asked for hashbrowns dry and they were soaked with oil. Sausage patty looked like some artificial food item, slightly resembling spam in texture...gross! Ordering the cheapest food quality available doesn't always work in your favor.
Bathroom smelled disgusting and there was a wet depend in the garbage. Light switch and door was dirty.
Definitely won't be back.

I've got to give five stars to the wait staff who were bombed during an off season rush. Short staffed they handled it very well!
We made a point to visit Frank's again while staying in the Soo on vacation. It was one of our favorite places to eat when in college and still is as good today! The kid's menu has a good selection and is a bit healthier than some of the other places around town. We had the chicken Caesar salad and the pasty and both were delicious and more than we could eat. Our service was a little bit slow but the restaurant was fully filled and had a separate private party also, so it is understandable.

Frank's Place was a great restaurant to grab breakfast during our stay in Sault St. Marie. Service was great and our food was very good. We ate there 2 days in a row and we had the same server, Matthew, he was great and attentive. He remembered us the day before and was super friendly. This restaurant reminded us of our mom and pop restaurant back home. Definitely recommend this place especially for breakfast!

This is such a wonderful place to eat. It reminds us of home. We have ate here the last to mornings and their breakfast is really good. Our sever mathew was great both mornings. We will definitely come back here every time we come up here. Nothing like feeling at home when you have been on vacation.
