Amazing food just not a very big selection
Poor service, slow staff, watered down drinks-cold food- lousy sight of trees NOT the Soo Locks. Expected more from the Ramada name.
A little expensive but a nice view 9f the locks
I've always enjoyed this place very relaxing, great service and the food is excellent. The staff is always friendly and efficient.
My wife and I both ordered steaks here and they were delicious! The sous vide sirloin was incredibly tender and seasoned perfectly. Add to that a magnificent view of the locks, and it made this a wonderful place to dine. We will be back soon.
Had the London Broil and Whitefish, food was delicious and portions were quite large!
The waitress was very nice and very helpful. Our dinners were amazing. Awesome food my daughter stated.
I went to dinner recently with a friend of mine. I ordered the beef tips! I thought the flavor was delicious and the meat was so tender! Thank goodness for new owners and a new Chef! Great job!
First time here. Had a great table with a view of the locks. We ordered spaghetti and a chicken penne pasta dish and both were very good! Our server Todd handled some food allergy issues like a pro and double checked a couple times, to make sure there wouldn't be any issues! It was so appreciated! It rarely happens.
I do not recommend Went out for dinner with a friend the service from our waiter was excellent that’s why I gave a 1 star However my friend ordered Prime Rib med rare and came well the waiter was quick to replace it but unfortunately still well done The manager ( owner) came to the table and was so RUDE didn’t Introduce himself or even ask about her meal first words out of his mouth was « when you order a meal here you pay for it » There were no mention of not paying for her meal she was simply not satisfied and trying to get to a resolution You would think as an owner he would value a customer’s opinion not so We were both taken back by his negative approach I will never step foot in that place again

Prime rib is the best i have ever had and chips cheese dip is awesome must have both if you eat here
I highly urge you to not go here for a dining experience as I guarantee you will be nothing short of disappointed. The place tries to give you a fine dining vibe by providing you with a way over priced menu for the quality of food they are serving. The lettuce in the salads was not fresh at all, it was brown in some places but sadly was the best part of the meal. The beer had floaties in it and we had to ask to have it removed from the table after we complained of the floaties. We ordered the poutine as a starter and it was a disaster. The prime rib was inedible as it was like rubber and it was drowning in gravy you could barely make out where the fries were. There was shredded Parmesan cheese that blanketed the top of the dish that had been put under a heat lamp and was partially melted.
This is the best place to eat any meal in the soo, it's always ready to please. The menu is excellant for anyone, a must do
Prime rib for $12.99 with a great view of the park and boats into and out of the locks. Very pleased.
New name is Creepes. 1st visit there. They were very nice and the food was good. I do caution you, everyone's definition of a cappuccino is different. In Wisconsin it's sweeter there it's very much like coffee and it's strong.
