I've always been a Subway kind of guy at least I thought I was I never gave this place a chance the food looked just to take out of a package and put on a bread. Oh boy was I wrong I got the chicken bacon ranch hot sandwich I was absolutely to die for the bread was so fresh and good way better than Subway❤️ I am a big fan now it's unfortunate I live in DeTour Village and not closer to Sault Ste Marie LOL so when I go out there that is the place that we get food now instead of the restaurants I love their sandwiches they're so fresh and the bread is amazing definitely give it a five-star rating

I always order from the app and pick up in the store at lunch time. My order isalways ready by the time I get there and I’ve never had a bad sub! So glad I can get my favorite sammiches as un-wiches or toasted! Keep up the good sammiches!

Went here for lunch today. What happened to freaky fast?? I ordered, and roughly 15 minutes later I was handed my sub with an attitude Because I asked how much longer it was going to be as three employees were barely moving to get the backed up orders kicked out. Three employees standing there and all 3 you could tell were mad and it appeared as if they were arguing. And to top it off, my sub was wrong and was toasted and burnt when I did not request it to be toasted!! I won’t be back. There are other friendlier and quicker places in the Soo to give my $ to.

This was our go to sub shop, when we walked in last night guy behind the counter said we can only get wraps, the sub buns are for deliveries or drive through only, they didn’t want to waste them on eat in customers. So me wanting to sit down inside was no no, we usually eat here once a week but I guess not anymore.
Service has went downhill in the last year. Today 2 out of 3 sandwiches in our order were wrong. 6/26/2025

I’m not a horse radish fan I don’t like it never had any sub with it well I just got one and it ruined a what looked like a good sub so be wary of how you order I got a hot roast beef n cheddar and the horseradish was dripping off the darned thing needless to say I tossed it the guy who took my order seemed to be doing me a favor so I’ll just go elsewhere for my subs pretty pricey in my opinion

From out of town. Wanted Pizza for dinner but The Hut couldn't accommodate us. So we went across the road to JJs. Fantastic. Guys made great subs. Place was dead. We were the only ones there. All good though.
