I placed an online order on December 3rd, 2025. Shortly after, someone called to inform me that they had to close the store for some reason, but a refund would be issued in 3 to 5 business days. I have not received anything since. I’ve called the store manager several times, and each time I’m told the refund will take 3–5 business days, but nothing has been processed. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading.

They've closed there front tills forcing everyone to use the self ordering terminals in the dinning area. A Tuesday special (2 pieces of dark meat and fries) took near ten minutes. Very little care put into customer service and food prep.

Cashier did not understand what I wanted and I ended up paying more for what I thought was included in the price. As far as I'm concerned the value for what was charged was poor. The chicken was very greasy. It took one bite and then I remembered why I stopped going to KFC.

I tried mobile ordering ahead so I wouldn't have to wait. Whole I was going to attempt to pick up in the drive through, the person ahead of me spent 12 mins waiting at the speaker so I just decided to park and go in. While in there, my food still wasn't ready, they just seemed super understaffed and unorganized. This is not fast fast be prepared to wait.

Absolute crap drove 40 minutes to town the chickens barely cooked. We got home. We ordered big family meal as we have three boys two adults and We ordered an extra large fry to go along with that large fry that came with it get all the way home and we have our extra gravy like we asked, but no french fries at all and nobody wants to answer the phone. I am absolutely disgusted with the quality of food service since the immigrants have bought the Fast food, franchises and fired all the white people absolutely disgusted that I will never be back and I hope nobody else goes
