Cashier did not understand what I wanted and I ended up paying more for what I thought was included in the price. As far as I'm concerned the value for what was charged was poor. The chicken was very greasy. It took one bite and then I remembered why I stopped going to KFC.

I tried mobile ordering ahead so I wouldn't have to wait. Whole I was going to attempt to pick up in the drive through, the person ahead of me spent 12 mins waiting at the speaker so I just decided to park and go in. While in there, my food still wasn't ready, they just seemed super understaffed and unorganized. This is not fast fast be prepared to wait.

Absolute crap drove 40 minutes to town the chickens barely cooked. We got home. We ordered big family meal as we have three boys two adults and We ordered an extra large fry to go along with that large fry that came with it get all the way home and we have our extra gravy like we asked, but no french fries at all and nobody wants to answer the phone. I am absolutely disgusted with the quality of food service since the immigrants have bought the Fast food, franchises and fired all the white people absolutely disgusted that I will never be back and I hope nobody else goes

Food was delicious, we devoured it and service was pretty good but slow and did not say my name for the order and I was confused. The atmosphere was absolute catastrophe, the ceiling tiles were gone, and moldy with wires hanging out of them, THE BATHROOM was so bad, there was a bug that was slithering across the mirror, ceiling was ripped and moldy, no paper towel, this place needs better cleaning staff FOR SURE.
