I will never go back to this KFC. My family live in the East and this is the KFC we always go too. Over the past year the customer service has just gotten worse. We went to order this evening and a male employee was so rude. He couldn't understand what I was talking about, so he was quite aggressive. I ended up driving away. Never going there again.

Staff is friendly enough, but the food is awful and they are SLOW. Also, the health department needs to show up, their ceiling is leaking and the person cleaning it up dumped the water from the bucket into the pop machine. Ew.

We decided to take a 45 minute drive to get some chicken. Upon arriving and pulling into the drive thru we decided on our meal and went to place out order, only to be informed that they are OUT OF CHICKEN. How can you be out of chicken when that is what your supposed to be offering. This is the second time we have had this happen. Never again.

The dining room was a mess; there was garbage overflowing from the bin, napkins all over the floor, and almost all the tables were unbussed. As for the food, I emphasized no sauce on the sandwich, but of course it came with sauce. The fries were cold, soggy, and unsalted. A sad state of affairs.
