Literally buns ngl some girls fingers went knuckles deep in my HI-C then put the cap back on like bruh what 😭

This was the second trip to this mcd's this week, I had to pull over and wait for them to bring it to me both times. First time they gave me the wrong order, this time they forgot the drink and since it wasn't the drink I wanted anyway I left without it, but I paid for it.

Absolute worst mcdonalds I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. I almost NEVER get the right order and it's insane because I never get anything more than a meal or two. I've worked fast food before it's not that hard get a grip yall. There was 3 cars in the drive thru this morning absolutely no excuses to be made for a wrong order. Disappointed.

Food took a while which is fine. Had to ask for a cup twice before I got it. But they were apologetic

It's a McDonald's, you get what you came for. Service wasn't too great, they had nobody taking orders at the counter and the manager was absolutely yelling at her employees.

This particular location has a very busy drive thru operation. It's always hit or miss if your order is prepared correctly and/or if your even going to get exactly what you ordered. Last week alone I received someone else's order. The managers are less than happy to correct it, and lacking customer service skills. Don't have high expectations for this location.

I enjoy getting takeout from here and they even got my pup and cool whip cup and that made him so happy his lil tail was wagging.

I went through the drive thru this evening and tried to order a hot chocolate and was told the McCafe machine was being cleaned, which wasnt the issue at all. I completely understand that those machines need cleaning frequently. But I asked to order a tea or coffee and was told I couldn't order those either as they all came from the same machine. I had worked for McDonald's for 7 years and I know that this isn't the case, however the young girl working the back window (about 450pm this evening) told me she couldn't get me either product and when I questioned her she began to argue with me. I'm really disappointed in the service, and I hope this is a good learning opportunity.

Never gives me sauce that I’ve ordered. If you aren’t gonna make it free then make sure your workers know how to put em in the bag. Especially when it’s through door dash.

Rudest service ever!!! Usually there very friendly but I took my coworkers to get our frappes for work and the app said the drink where all unavailable so j quickly switched the drinks in my order to the cups they have available. When I got to the window she berated me for holding up her line. It took me like 10 secs girl. They guy originally taking my order was very friendly tho but I'm still annoyed she told me to come in. I don't have time for that and there was no one in line behind me
