What can you say? It's fast-food. They don't always get your order correct, but 9 time out of 10 they usually get it right. Judy is a gem in the morning and the drive thru is pretty fast with good customer service.

Ordered a coffee. Stopped at the first window to pay. No one was there. Stopped at the second window and got yelled at by the employee for not paying at the first window. Won’t be stopping here anymore!

I ordered the simplest thing on the menu, a burger with only ketchup, and I swear everytime it gets messed up?! Like how? It’s cheese and ketchup a bun and patties.
The supervisors in the kitchen were screaming at employees and berating them. If these are the values your company is instilling in supervisors/managers, I will never set foot in another McDonald’s again. We literally ate our food and left. One customer stated that she had complained pained about the same thing on an earlier visit and was told the supervisor was related to the owner. The abysmal treatment of your employees directly ties back to corporate headquarters. Do better McDonald’s!!!

If using the app they are generally fairly quick and can save u some dollars but I have never been inside to dine. The app makes it easier for those headed to work in the mornings to be able to ensure they get their breakfast sandwiches and other items when running behind.
