Well, it's a McDonald's, so you know what you're getting. The McDonald's coffee supplier is Mother Parker's, which is the supplier that Timmie's used to use when it was good. So McDonald's coffee is better than Timmie's coffee now. There's painting on a wall here that's just like a Banksy graffito, which is cool to see IRL, and the workers are great.
The machine broke down during my visit, but Manager Anish handled the situation extremely well. He was polite, professional, and immediately offered a complimentary ice cream for the inconvenience. I truly appreciate the great customer service and the way he managed everything calmly.
I was impressed by the guest centric behaviour of the Manager at Great Northern road outlet of McD. We were amazed also to get a response on the outlet number when we called for some wrong food given to us and Manager named Anish promised to make it right and for our Big Mac meal gone wrong and also initiate the refund. On reaching the outlet as promised was deliver and there was so apologetic behaviour from the manager himself coming to the window and himself handing the food...
