I had an issue with my app, redeeming points for a full meal. Had to go in to speak to someone and was rather upset. However, Ryan came over to assist me at the desk and was very helpful and resolved my issue.

Very happy with his help and I will continue coming to this location when my McDonalds cravings arise.

Even though it was very busy, the dining area was very clean & the playplace was immaculate. Our food came quickly to our table, I have no complaints about this location.

I once got a wrong order even after explaining multiple times, maybe he was new, which pissed me off so much, but thankfully an employee, Arcana, was great help and handled it like a pro, kudos to her. Overall experience went ok
