We had a relatively small order complicated due to several allergies, but we needed to eat as we live more than an hour from the store. The staff was excellent especially a young cashier named Chama (might have been Dhama.)We spoke to the manager about how wonderful she treated us and how very very helpful she was. We will certainly be back. She never made us feel we were bothersome, and told us there was oatmilk we could use in the coffee that I thought I'd just had to drink...
The Walmart McDonalds in Sault Ste Marie is kind of slow. People that ordered food after us received theirs before we received ours, keeping us waiting.
When we finally received our food, I realized that they gave my sister the wrong sauce. They were supposed to give her BBQ sauce, but they gave her Sweet and Sour Sauce. They happily fixed this mistake with no issues. Rest of our meal was good.
Got wrong toy in my Happy meal. Toy was supposed to be FIFA Squishmallows,...

I am really impressed with the cashier. She was working up front today. I can’t remember her name but she was excellent and very good at her job! It was really busy and several customers weren’t as understanding. She kept a smile on her face, And a really good attitude. I think the staff provides excellent customer service, Despite other customers being kind of rude and impatient. I think the service and food was delightful
