We traveled across the country and back this summer and McDonald's was the easiest option at times. We stopped here very early morning and I was so impressed with the service. The lady working was the kindest person I've ever encountered. If we are ever in the area again, we'd for sure be stopping in!!

I’ve ordered a quarter pound but refused my order saying the kitchen have already started prepping for breakfast. After I’ve tried to order breakfast I’ve not got the order saying it’s not ready. This was happening in drive thru and the staff was rude and making arguments in middle of night.

Awful chicken burger…obviously just slapped together not even properly wrapped. Tasted awful. Girl at window yelling out orders to other co workers …handing over drinks without making eye contact and acknowledgment. Waited 20 minutes then a quick throw of bag through the window.

Worst service. Order taking was inappropriate way. I’m waiting on one lane for more than 10 minutes while in that time they taking Order of a customer who just came to other lane. And they was totally rude and also they parked me for more than 10 minutes they said for 5 minutes

Alright, here’s the final version: “On February 16th, around 2:30 a.m., I visited the drive-thru. Despite a sign indicating both lanes were open, I waited about 5 minutes on the right side with no response. Frustrated, I switched lanes and finally placed my order. When I explained the situation at the order window, the staff member started yelling at me, which left me deeply hurt and disappointed. I urge the management to seriously address this issue.” Does this sound good? I need a reply on this situation it’s not just about me ,it can happen to anyone they made feel scared like i did something wrong asking them !!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time my order came with no fries. The first time was a kids meal second was a big mac meal. To me this shows poor work ethnic. This store was never like this before, now the meals are missing items and the egg mc muffins are burnt. The drinks are watered down. The food has just gotten horrible. Needs new employees! Hire the old ones back. Now it's run by amatures.

Horrible service!! Went to drive thru Sunday March 2 it took 25 minutes 6 vehicles back to get to order board. Waited another 5 with no one asking for order so drove away. What happened to McDonald’s Sault Ste Marie??
