Worst service. Order taking was inappropriate way. I’m waiting on one lane for more than 10 minutes while in that time they taking Order of a customer who just came to other lane. And they was totally rude and also they parked me for more than 10 minutes they said for 5 minutes

Despite a sign indicating both lanes were open, I waited about 5 minutes on the right side with no response. Frustrated, I switched lanes and finally placed my order. When I explained the situation at the order window, the staff member started yelling at me, which left me deeply hurt and disappointed. This is the second time my order came with no fries. The first time was a kids meal second was a big mac meal. To me this shows poor work ethnic. This store was never like this before, now the meals are missing items and the egg mc muffins are burnt. The drinks are watered down. The food has just gotten horrible. Needs new employees! Hire the old ones back. Now it's run by amatures.

Horrible service!! Went to drive thru Sunday March 2 it took 25 minutes 6 vehicles back to get to order board. Waited another 5 with no one asking for order so drove away. What happened to McDonald’s Sault Ste Marie??

Drive thru is terrible at night spent 20 mins waiting to Order then another 20 mins at window. Then to top it off they messed up my order 😒
Take down the 24-hour drive-thru signs if it's not going to be 24 hour

Food was absolutely terrible. I wouldn't even call it food. No salt on the fries.fries were stone cold. A peice of lettuce on my burger the size of a dime. No sauce. Even the coffee was cold and taste burnt. The wrap was good though.

Absolutely disgusting on how things are run here. No one wears gloves which is fine as long as they wash their hands. But I watched this woman touch someone’s burger with their bare hands put her fingers in it and everything only to find out it was ours. Two fingerprints in the burger. It’s also crazy how expensive two meals are nowadays. Pretty sure it’s cheaper across the river.

The most unfriendly staff I have ever seen. Ignoring customers, swearing and muttering under their breath and messed up 3 orders while I waited for mine. If u hate ur job.... go find another one. Most unfriendly staff ever... and always treat delivery drivers like trash
