Their food, drinks, and atmosphere are great! The service was solid, they have a sign as soon as you walk in saying they are short staffed, please seat yourself. The waitresses were very attentive while working very hard.
Can't wait for our next trip back in here!

Was a spot we always made sure to stop. We walked in not really that busy but a sign that said be patient we are understaffed. We stayed patient for an hour with grouchy looking waitress that passed us 20 times without stopping. We went to bar to grab our own menu still wasn't a hint. The kicker was when they started serving a table that showed up 20 min. after we did. Was one young blonde waitress doing all she could to pick up slack. So left and ate at the Lockview Restaurant food and service was 5 star our new place for now on.

The bartender was great, however the owners daughter was rude and immature in the way she handled a situation she felt to be offensive. Her response to a large group of paying customers was uncalled for.

From the moment we walked in, things felt off. It wasn’t clear whether we were supposed to seat ourselves, so I asked a staff member—and was met with a surprisingly snappy and rude response.
Once we sat down, things didn’t get much better. We waited over 40 minutes for our food, and during that time, our server never came by to check on us—not once. No updates, no drink refills, nothing. It felt like we were completely forgotten.
I understand places get busy, but basic communication and courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, that was totally missing here. Definitely won’t be coming back.

We came across this place by recommendations and from research. Needless to say we were very impressed!
The service was very friendly and prompt! Also very knowledgeable about the beers, and was ready with the recommendations on what to order.
The food…..OMG! I had the Crack Chicken wrap and my boyfriend had the Rueben. We were both very happy and impressed with the size and presentation. We now have decided to make this a must when we visit again!
The atmosphere is your typical bar and was spacious and very well lit.

Very disappointing experience... waitresses were doing the cooking because apparently the cooks quit. IMO the owners or manager should have stepped in and helped or they should have closed their doors. We were the 2nd of 2 tables in the restaurant and it took an hour to get the sun par quality food that was way over priced

Terrible service. They said it would be over an hour for food. No problem as it was the 4th. However it was 2 hours in and still not even our appetizer came out. Unacceptable. Our waiter kept telling us 10 minutes but it never came. No compensation or anything. Paid for a few beer and drinks and left hungry. This used to be a great place not sure if they changed ownership but it was unacceptable how we were treated. Others were served before us. Never going here again
