I dont drink overpriced burnt coffee. EVER
Service 2 days in row very slow. Lots of staff behind counter only 1 young man making drinks. The others are not doing much. On Friday, 1 girl started our drink and just left halfway thru and walked away to do something else. The young guy was so confused that he had to restart our 2 drink orders. Then, on Saturday again, staff all over not doing much. Will not go there better service at Starbucks in Pinos

whatever you do do not order form here on skip or doordash or anything like that they purposely set their skip and doordash preparation times to be extremely high just so they don't have to make it when they don't want to, every single time i've gone in store it's completely dead, same with everytime i dey past at most 1-2 cars absolutely no reason for your wait times on skip to be an hour, i work at tim bottoms doing basically the exact same things as starbucks everyday, our skip wait times are never more than 30 mins if it's really busy. i offered one drink and a few egg bites absolutely no way in hell that takes an hour to prepare even on the busiest day. fix this
Ur hot chocolate absolutely suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks 🤮
I had a very unpleasant experience here. Yesterday, I bought four gift cards of different values, but the staff, who was not busy at the time, still made a mistake by putting the same value on all the cards. As a result, I had to drive back to the store to get it corrected before giving the cards to my friends.
The staff today corrected the mistake for me, but she didn’t say "sorry" and kept repeating, "It’s not a big deal." I didn’t intend to blame anyone because we’re all human, and humans make mistakes. Besides, she wasn’t the one who made the error. However, she should have apologized to me—not for herself, but on behalf of Starbucks—because I had to drive a long way to fix the issue, which caused me inconvenience. Saying "sorry" is a basic sign of respect to the customer, but it was clear that the staff thought I didn’t deserve it.
When I walked away, I heard her say to the next customer, "I’m so, so sorry to keep you waiting." That’s when I realized she is capable of saying sorry; she just didn’t want to say it to me. It’s obvious that her behavior wasn’t based on the situation but rather on my skin color. I won’t spend another cent in a store that tolerates racism.

She doesn't want to prepare a Cappuccino before 9:30 on a Friday night.
For being a regular customer!??
Never ever coming back to this location again.

Is it a requirement that every barista in Starbucks act like a jerk?
