utsav gives me an excellent service. He is a good example of good customer service
My experience at this Subway was extremely disappointing. The employee named Utsav was unprofessional on both of my visits, and his behavior felt dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I ignored the first incident, but the second visit was even worse, leaving me feeling unwelcome and poorly treated. This kind of service should not happen, and I strongly urge management to address it immediately.

Pretty poor service, just a basic 6 inch club but they try to skimp everywhere they can. 3 tomatos (which is pretty normal) but they were barely as big as a looney (where do you get such tiny tomatos) and next to no lettuce. Sandwich was super thin. Didn't listen to the order, had to repeat things 3 times. Usually you expect a combo to have some savings but essentially $5 for a halloween sized bad of chips and bottle of pop - not a savings - that's just regular price for those things (unless you went to a store where it would be cheaper). The thing that was the worst for me was that I needed a receipt for expenses - wouldn't provide me one (which is the law - you are entitled to a receipt when you purchase something) - said I needed one, no exception and they got the manager who came out - turned on the printer, printed it and then turned the printer off again. Something fishy about that - why don't you want to provide receipts to customers. I'd advise going elsewhere - I will be for the rest of my visit here.
