The first visit we had there, the guys were great but the second one, there was one woman working who was short on patience and rude to her coworkers. Maybe she was having an off day, but that kinda turned my day into an off day too

I’ve always liked Subway, worked at one years ago however, I walked into this Subway in Sault Ste Marie and left extremely disappointed. I waited far too long for service with only 1 person in front of me, when we were waited on I was holding a coupon and the server explained “just so you know, we don’t take coupons anymore.” When I asked why, she said “owners rule, won’t accept them.” I said that’s ridiculous and walked out. Never have I been to a franchise restaurant that doesn’t accept coupons. Months ago at this same place I was also told they got rid of their broccoli cheese soup, but they serve it at other Subway’s. I won’t be going back to this Subway as they are not putting their customers first. Extremely disappointed. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Well haven't been in a min. Didn't have what I wanted was something new they had even said new but was gone also didn't realize price went up. Was kinda a long wait as well.

This restaurant does not accept coupons. If you stand in line you'll be waiting forever as they take all online orders before helping anyone in person.

The lady who served my group was very disrespectful. Her name was Beth. She was very rude. As soon as we walked in, we were all smiling having a good time, and she was really cranky. She asked me to speak up when I could hear myself talking clearly and pretty loud. Usually I love coming here with my family but this lady was rude to us.

Very disappointed. I ordered online(which I never do) because I was in a hurry. They charge almost 15$ for a sub and can’t put barely anything on the sub. Waste of time and money. Go to the Walmart subway! They never disappoint

If you go in and hover over them, they will make a sandwich to your specifications. However, if you order online, you are taking a risk.
Despite the ticket showing an orderly list of ingredients, at least one of those will most likely be left off. If you order Avocado on your sub, count on it NOT being on the sandwich. I am at an 80% failure rate on online orders. Do yourself a favor, order online elsewhere or go in and hover over them.
