I recently visited Subway and had a great experience thanks to Deep and Dhruvi. They were super friendly and helpful, making my food exactly how I wanted it. The place was clean, and the ingredients were fresh. I highly recommend this location for their excellent service!
I ordered two subs for my wife & I. I brought them home and found out that the buns were as hard as a rock. Definitely not impressed. Also noticed that the customer service area and the glass is very dirty. Wish Dan and his staff we were still there.

Went into this location today, have not been here since the "new" owners have take over. Place was empty when I arrived, I ran in to purchase a bottle of pop. The 591ml pop there comes to $3.38 with tax. It was an issue to get a cup and ice. The worker did not want to give me a cup. Its 29 degrees outside and I chose this place to get a much needed drink, and the service was bad. How much is it really for a cup? I will forever avoid this location from now on. And its a shame because I was a regular customer when Dan and his staff worked there. Too boot the glass doors to the cooler that holds the pop could use a good clean...

I had quite an unfortunate experience. The lettuce in my sandwich was old, and the paper got stuck to the bread. When I asked for it to be replaced, a guy named Deep immediately felt sorry and was ready to replace it right away. However, the guy standing next to him, who was wearing eyeglasses, had a different attitude. He questioned why Deep was saying sorry and started commenting in his own regional language, which I didn't understand. Would appreciate better quality and more consistent customer service in the future.
Disgusting dirty food left out and lettuce is brown and gross. Don't eat here i am sure you will be ill

This location is under new ownership as of May 2024. All employees were unceremoniously fired when this change over happened. Unfortunately that possibility is the reality of a franchise model, but I will not be giving any business to anyone who treats employees like that.

New owners came in as of May 14, and fired all of they’re hard working loyal staff who had been with the company for DECADES. Put innocent people out of a job for people who don’t appreciate anything. They lost good employment and loyal customers

I love coming to the Churchill Subway, very friendly staff and they always get my orders right. I heard disturbing news that there is a new owner coming in about 10 days and all employees that are currently working there are being "let go" to make room for the new owner and their hires. It's an incredibly sad situation as these people have been part of the Churchill Plaza community for so long and they know their clientele. I go to this particular Subway often just because of their customer service - Please keep these employees!
