Ordered through the Subway App. They take the money out of my account then issue me an “error” message and tell me to try again with the order, even though it was paid for already. Staff at the store says it’s not their problem and to deal with customer service. I ask for the number to customer service and they tell me to look it up online. Then they say there’s nothing they can do for me.

Subway is good, fresh, and affordable. The staff do their best and the stores need makeovers to look more modern and inviting, but when you need fresh food om a summer day, Subway is great.

The food was good but man ive been going here for a while now and my footlong ham sub was always 9.93 now its all of the sudden its 11.29 thats quite the jump in price probably gonna start going to croation corner cause its way better and cheaper

Absolutely horrible! April 09, 9:25 pm. Tell me, why would you order online from the app 30 min prior when you still have to wait for 10+ min just to collect it. My order was ready & was sitting on the table inside, I could see it clearly. The guy working was continuously ignoring & after 10 minutes he acted like he didn’t see me. It was felt like he doesn’t even like his job, but why would you ruin it for the customers? The staff before was much better & nicer, they even used to leave the order at the pickup stand.

This place has gone to absolutely garbage!!! Can’t even read English or get your order right ever and they don’t wash there hands and pick stuff up off the floor and put it in your sub . What a disgusting place . This used to be the best subway in the soo now it’s a dump

10\10 for us! The location never seams to let us down. The staff are always above and beyond amazing, the tables are clean the bathrooms are clean (2&3 year old we trust them potties) the subs here are the best in the city! They do everything they can to make your food to EXACT as you request and we all know that’s hard to find in a generic sub shop now. I’m in Goulais River and pass multiple locations just to come to this one! I’d say the Subway Hunny Hole of the Soo. We love you guys keep up the great sandwich art!! Local SSM peeps
