10\10 for us! The location never seams to let us down. The staff are always above and beyond amazing, the tables are clean the bathrooms are clean (2&3 year old we trust them potties) the subs here are the best in the city! They do everything they can to make your food to EXACT as you request and we all know that’s hard to find in a generic sub shop now. I’m in Goulais River and pass multiple locations just to come to this one! I’d say the Subway Hunny Hole of the Soo....
Typical subway, they definitely loaded the sub though which was very much appreciated. Small parking lot but conveniently placed. The staff member working was rude and made my experience terrible.
I've only used the takeout service after ordering on the app. I order almost weekly. They've disappointed three times (not toasted, wrong olives, old lettuce), reason for losing a star, but since it's been only three times and a while back, they have my loyalty. They're also friendly when I do the pickup.
