All you should have done was apologize for your employee’s behavior and promise that you will act by training them in how to correctly handle the situation. All the negative attention would have just blown by. But now you look worse.

I had an unfortunate encounter at this location when I was approached by a heavily built man with feminine features. My grandson stepped in to protect me while I was visibly upset. My intention was to enjoy a cup of tea, as I usually do, but this time I was capturing my grandson's first visit to my favorite store on camera. A person, who resembled Shrek, verbally harassed me and insisted that I stop recording or face consequences. I have evidence of my visit through a receipt and a video recording, so it's clear that I didn't provoke the situation. As a result of this experience, I've decided not to come back to this place.

You could be nicer to people who are promoting your town. Employee/owner attitude was not the good look for the business.

Ordered a coffee today, it was cold. The waitress was very unhelpful and had overall unwelcoming vibes

Cold Coffee! Returned to the store and asked to re-heat it, they agreed but was returned just as cold?We ended up throwing it out. Waste of Money.

We stopped here 2 times. The 2nd time, the worker remembered us and also remembered what we had ordered. We highly Superior Coffee. They are very friendly and know what they are doing!

I first tasted superior coffee at a resturant called top notch in highland IN. This is the first coffee i have actually truly enjoyed. I ordered there k-cups today witch makes it my first time ordering coffee on line, it's that good. Highly recommend.

The smell from outside was amazing! Can’t buy coffee to drink here but you can buy freshly roasted beans.
