Gave us the wrong food multiple times even after we went back to correct it. Making everyone wait at the speaker until the car at the window has left to make their time faster. Guarantee 15 minute wait every time.

Cold, undercooked and soggy chalupa.
Burrito fillings were not spread evenly (sour cream only on one end) and tortilla was dry and cracked, not too mention loosely wrapped... it fell right apart towards the end.
Dirty tables, cashier grabbed the cups by the rim...eww!
We had our food before we got our change.
1/10 Avoid at all cost!
We requested dine-in, they gave us a bag to go anyways. Guess they knew we wouldn't stick around too long.

Waited 15 minutes to get food that wasn't cooked all the way and was the only person waiting. Food was sloppy and wasn't wrapped good and was falling apart. The burritos had crunchy rice and all the food was cold. This tacobell is usually good but for some reason this time it was terrible.
