Great food, decent service, but unfortunately this all let down but how completely disgusting this restaurant is. When I first walked in the most noticeable thing was the terrible stench that hit my nose instantly. It was somewhere between Cat Litter and rotting cheese. I was shocked to see that none of the customers seemed bothered by this awful olfactory assault. As I continued through the Taco Bell I also noticed how it seemed their Janitor must’ve been on strike, as the floors, tables, and just about every surface when observed even remotely closely had a layer of grime and filth. Their drink dispenser looked like it lost a fight to a racoon, with what I can only assume was rust. Further more, it seems as if the restaurant was designed to hide all these awful hygiene related problems, with dim lighting, and the dark, cheaply made marbled surfaces.
The food was pretty good tho prob best taco-bell burrito I’ve ever had not gonna lie.

Slowest fast food I've seen in awhile!! Ordered 1 burrito! Took over 20min. Go somewhere else, this place should be shut down. It's dirty and the staff is rude!

Went through the drive thru and paid at 5:12pm and it's been 15 minutes. We are still waiting for our food. If we didn't pay already we would have left already.
Update: got the food at 5:33. We made a comment about how long we were waiting and the guy said there was only 2 people on staff. I think this comes down to a management issue personally. The food wasn't hot when we got it. It's always a fun treat when we cross the border to get something from taco bell but with the now limited menu, broken order speaker, and incredibly long wait times we're just disappointed.

Kinda understaffed could be alot faster, always a wait and line. Haven't been inside since covid! They had the lobby closed for a couple years after even! But other than that they have friendly staff.

Every time I order my grilled cheese burrito it never has the crunchies inside or the cheese on the outside :(. I’m not mad it just makes me sad.
Yesterday, I ate maxican pizza which is not a good and I am ill today. All the family members are sick and non stop going to washroom.

Definitely not impressed, went there to get dinner and noticed one of the workers continuously touch her hair while packing food and making food. And I asked if she could change her gloves I get a nasty attitude about it. If your hair is in the way then put your hair completely up in the hat.
