Primary seasoning in my nachos came from the gas of the grill. Absolutely lifeless, flavorless non-authentic rendition of Mexican food. I love finding Good Mexican food, but it is rare and this food seems completely without effort or interest. The waiter was nice tho.

Had a great lunch at The Palace and really enjoyed all the efforts they put into their Halloween decor. Lunch was tasty and we really enjoyed ourselves. This might like a small detail but that bathrooms were immaculately clean too. I’ve been to a lot of other “fine dining” restaurants with disgusting washrooms. Overall, great job Palace. Thank you!

Just ok. Huge menu, I wouldn't call this a Mexican restaurant. Service was a little slow, food was decent.

Food was very good. Only complaint was the wet burrito with shrimp only had 3 smaller. We told the waitress but she didn't seem to concerned and did not offer a solution. Queso was excellent. Twin fajitas were excellent.

I ordered their largest size frozen raspberry margarita which was around $17. I am an extreme lightweight when it comes to alcohol. The drink just tasted like sour mix and I received zero buzz. The nachos were decent, but would have loved a larger portion or some complimentary chips and salsa 😬 The wait staff was attentive and kind. The menu is weird and random. The place desperately needs some Mexican soul.

We came for dinner on our vacation. I had the nachos and they were super disappointing. I barely saw any cheese or toppings. I think their was 2 tiny spoonfuls of refried beans and a few crumbles of beef. Also not as big as most restaurants. My even bigger disappointment was my house margarita. I got the large size regretfully. It was sour and just foamy. The worst margarita in a Mexican restaurant I've ever had by far. Also the bartender who also ended up being our waitress wasn't very friendly. I wouldn't go back.

Margs are the real deal! Top shelf Long Island was perfect! Entrees were amazing, we both had burritos. The chips and salsa with the homemade flour tortilla chips was the best thing I think I’ve ever eaten!! Owen provided fantastic service! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!
