We toured the college and came here on the recommendation from a local. They said, "The Wicked Sister has great food." After eating here, I second that!
Excellent, home cooked food. Creative homemade appetizers, great burgers, local craft beer on tap...all good! Highly recommend. Especially if you're looking for a laid back place to eat some good food with excellent service.

I’ve always enjoyed the food at the wicked sister and it’s usually a go to spot if we want some great comfort food, the monthly specialty menus are always a treat and the homemade veg burger is awesome!
The service however, has been inconsistent and unfortunately our most recent visit there might be our last .
Apps always hit the table With our mains, which isn’t ideal and the last time we were there, one of the employees spilled an entire drink in my lap and not a thing was done about it except a few apologies and a pile of napkins thrown my way .
I sat in soaked sticky clothes while trying to enjoy my dinner but to be honest it was uncomfortable and the experience was ruined .
I’ve been in this industry a long time and I know that if something like that happens, because ppl do make mistakes and spills happen, that more than an apology should be done . The customer shouldn’t have to be asked “ what do we do? “
Here are some tips, maybe discount the appetizer that the drink also spilled in, or don’t charge us for the alcoholic beverage that your employee spilled . Either way, some discount should have been applied and the customer
Should not have to ask for it .
Anyway, I will still recommend the place because the food is decent, just don’t expect consistent quality of service 🤷🏻♀️

This past Monday my husband and I stopped here for lunch. I highly recommend this place! We sat at the bar - the bartender was very helpful and suggested a sweet alcoholic drink when I asked him about it. I can’t remember the name of the drink but it was delicious. I had the Bourbon Chicken sandwich and my husband had the a burger. Both were tasty - they had the right amount of sauce.
Medium size local restaurant with imaginative Americana dishes. Staff was super friendly and attentive. The seasonal pumpkin spice lava cake was delicious. I highly recommend 10 out of 10.
I am just a passerby. I gave you 1 star for the tequila shot you gave me while I waited, the kind bartender thar rang me up, and the Ceasar salad.
Super sad about the Brussel sprout caprese appetizer...they were hard as rock could not eat them at all. The burger was ok but it wad described as the #1 seller originally best burger around and it really wasn't.
But after $50 with a tip, I appreciated my Ceasar salad and quick shot of patron. ?

Excellent friendly staff, the burgers were amazing,we had the Drunken Cow & the Skinny Bastard. A Couple of Bloody Marys. Definitely worth a stop.
Parking: Downtown location on the street in front of business.
