Very good! I will say as always the quality of the doughnuts for Tim's did drop, but nothing terrible, still it needs to improve. That's corporate though, the actual individual cafe is well kept, lots of regulars and the customer service is practiced and efficient! You will be treated nice and not have to wait long.

Vegetarian options: A lot of the doughnuts may be vegetarian, black coffee is, most of their non-dairy beverages are probably vegan, ultimately it's better to ask staff and be sure.

Dietary restrictions: Not sure, probably nothing keto or diabetic friendly. Coffee itself is sugar free, and there's sugar free options for flavoring.

Parking: Seems to have enough spots always. At busy times most seem to use the drive through anyway.

Kid-friendliness: Its a standard cafe with a regular crowd that would not deal with children much, a child would find it boring if they don't get a particularly interactive doughnut or treat.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible through wall buttons, you will have to press wait for the doors to open.

This is ridiculous to have place that is not open on wkds and evening for people that are here looking after their loved ones. Your website says closed at 4 on wkds. Go down at 3 and you are closed at 2. Just frustrating. This hospital needs a place that is open for the people that have no choice but to be here. Somewhere to grab a healthy sandwich or fruit (snack) please change your ways and think of the people visiting and staff that must be here.

Seriously the worst Tim Hortons I've ever dealth with. Can't get ice caps or London fog as they lie and say the machines are always being cleaned or not working. One fessed up the the machine is indefinitely broken and will be too costly to repair. This location is most convenient for us, but not worth the hassle. Go elsewhere.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you don't want a customer service job, don't work one. The guys are quite rude and argue with you if they mess up your order. I was a regular but I wont be back.

It closes at 4pm in a hospital. There's people here all night, but forget them I guess.

Just got 2 non-edible wraps from here. Wasn't busy, no excuse to make them that poorly. Waste of money and break time

I have to go to appointments monthly at the Sault Area Hospital and visit this Tim Hortons location every time. The ladies on the staff are always so kind and caring to me and remember me by my name. They also make sure I am able to get my purchases to a table and treat me with such respect that it makes a frightening experience so much easier to endure!

This place is just as much as a joke then third line Tim's for one it's in a hospital with obviously shift workers and patients all hours of the day but yet there open only 8-4 what kind of joke is that! Everytime I go there always super old, i know the old folks home is right there but come on guys your in a hospital not a bank, stay retired, the smart thing to do would be to hire some young people and be open 24hr all it takes is two people during the night And for two they constantly are running out of product I ordered a farmers wrap the one day and instead of hash browns they put potato wedges on it because.... you guessed it they ran out of hash browns first thing in the morning again maybe if they where not 60-70 years old they would remember to order products.
