After driving all day I went through the drive Thu to order a flatbread pizza because it was one of the only places open. Only to be told "Sorry our machine is down for cleaning so I can't make any flatbreads". Lazy excuses.

After receiving the wrong food items in the drive thru I went in to the restaurant to advise the workers of the mistake where I was unpleasantly greeted by a rude lady who seemed unhappy of my presence as she had a dirty look on her face and her tone was very uninviting.

We ordered Chai tea latte, french vanilla and coffee. Latte and coffee were so bitter that it was impossible to consume.
We were traveling long distances so we couldn't even go back to complain.
They should be trained to make 'tea' latte, it really destroyed my favorite drink with strong coffee.

COFFEE LOVERS BEWARE/ READ YOUR REVIEWS CAREFULLY

Today, I walk in and order a "Ice Coffee". When I got my coffee, it had maybe 4 small ice flakes that melted almost instantly. The coffee was filled to 3/4 of the cup. It tasted...thick, almost room temperature and just...not like coffee. I've over looked multiple mistakes in the past with my experiences here and different locations but enough is enough.

You know, I've been buying coffee at Tim Hortons for over 20 years. And, I'd say the past 5 years there has been a extreme decline in the quality of products being sold in the Tim Horton's franchises.

Each restaurant is a mess and nobody wants to take accountability. I'm fed up with the mistakes in my orders, it's a waste of money at this point. I feel like I'm gambling my chances everytime I go to one of their locations. The order is almost always wrong now. So, with that being said. You lost a customer for life Tim Hortons. It won't be long till people start doing the same, but people need to speak up.

What happened to being "Always Fresh" Tim Hortons?

What happened to your standards?

To the guest care, save your response. You won't be persuading me with a pathetic $25 gift card.
