Drive through is a line of cars out to the roadway, inside customers are lined up to the doors. The Workers inside are dragging there feet around like they don’t want to be at work. Also Touching muffins and donuts with there bare hands. Besides all that. Where’s the glaze on the chocolate glazed and honey dipped Tim bits!? Tim Hortons is not the same anymore

Update: I contacted customer care. Their response was that they are currently inundated with other complaints. Still waiting… I doubt I will get a response. A representative will just pass the buck like the owner has.
Start hiring quality employees! This is the second time I had bits of paper mixed into my farmers wrap. I will not be coming back to this location again nor others. Tim Hortons is going downhill fast.

They rush everything and when getting a delivery on Uber they like to rip you off and not send everything you ordered. Plus very bad service as my bagels were loaded with butter making me sick

The staff that have taken over this place are very unfriendly,slow and dont seem to care. 6 staff members standing around and a line of people waiting to order, 2 tills but never both in use... Whoever is doing the hiring needs to put abit more effort into picking better candidates.
