Anytime I order something specific they never follow the directions. I have food aversions so it’s already hard enough to eat sometimes but when I am told they won’t put things on my food and then every single time they still make it the way I asked them not to it becomes exhausting to keep giving away my food I purchased I can’t keep affording this so I just can’t come back and that’s hard as I’m always here and again only have certain foods I can eat.

My wife seen advertisement for a pumpkin spice latte about a year ago, so I thought I would treat her with one on the way home one day. Paid a hefty price for 2 medium lattes, but what the heck. Got home and found out the foam had settled in both cups, and they were about one third full. Almost nothing in the cups. I called Tim Hortons where I got them and told them the story. They said the machines are automatically set up, and sometimes there is slight settling of the foam. I stated that there was almost nothing in the cups when I got home, but they didn't seem to care, and didn't offer any compensation. I thought OK, I will notify head office. That was a dud also. Nobody there cared at all about my story, and again no compensation offered. So I cut down my trips to Timmies immensely. I will get my money back, and then some just by not going to a rip off place. McDonalds coffee is just as good, and much cheaper, and just 2 buildings over, so guess where I go now. I used to go to Timmies about once a week, or more, but now maybe 4 times a year.
