Funny place doesn't allow you to use the washroom in the morning the door is locked and they will not allow me in to the washroom and I am a paying customer

Two people on the entire staff know what they're doing. Slowest tim hortons in town be prepared to wait 15 minutes to receive the wrong order 9 times out of 10 also the most rude staff I've ever come across or maybe im the rude one for wanting what I payed for.. try to avoid this location at alll costs

I've had a few bad experiences at this location, and my latest visit was no exception. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a coffee and flatbread. Even though I was the only customer, the staff seemed disorganized. When I got to the payment window, they just shoved the interact at me through the window without telling me the total. When I tried to figure it out, the staff member got annoyed and told me the tap function wasn't working. I just wanted to see the total since she hadn't given it to me.
After I paid, she handed me my coffee and told me to pull around to the side for my flatbread. There was no one behind me in line so I just waited for a bit, and when she noticed i was still there, she seemed put off that I hadn't moved my car. I explained there was no one behind me, but she said with serious attitude that I had to leave the drive-thru because of timing issues. it didn't matter that no one was behind me and that I would have to pull around because they wouldn't bring my flatbread back to the window. In the end, I had to wait 10 minutes for my flatbread, and it was cold and undercooked. Needless to say, I'm not going back.

Amazing hard work by a young worker named Charlotte, very polite and friendly, she definitely lit up the atmosphere considering this down town location known for loitering.

As a 44-year-old Canadian this has to be the worst Tim Hortons I've had the pleasure of visiting, and today I went to go get a Canadian celebration donut and for some reason they're not selling them at this location which I find wrong, I could understand if it was a small location but it's a full size Tim Hortons with a full size back, it's not the staff it's the owners fault.

This outlet always run out of food. It’s happened more than four times in row. I was having promotion on App about Timbits and came to this store and order the same food under promotion but server said they did not made yet and it was 7:30am. Now recently when I order chicken Harbeno bowl they firstly take the payment and told me that they will make crispy and than non professional staff called me from back and said sorry they cannot do because they already off the cooking machines. If this outlet is opened till 10pm and whenever I order they usually say me chicken items last order taken by 7:30pm and garlic breads by 7:00pm. It’s seems like they are so unprofessional and they must know that they representing Tim Horton not an Asian corner coffee shop. Always disappointing and staff is very unkind in nature. I already lodged the complaint on Tim Horton feedback form. Staff must be aware that they are representing the brand not a local coffee shop.
