The worst Tim Hortons in Sault Ste Marie. I would rather deal with junkies that surround John st than go back to this location. Latte machine is "down" every weekend they don't know what they are doing here the training piss poor a best the customer service is worse than their ability to make a decent coffee..

Horrible customer service in the drive-through with my daughter today. The only two stars I am giving are for the quality of the product we received. When we subsequently pulled up to the window and tried to figure out why we got such poor service at the speaker, we were Matt with a speak to the hand gesture. And zero communication. I then followed up with a call to Tim Hortons. Although I provided my name, I was told that the supervisor was not going to share theirs. And beyond I’m sorry I’ll tell my manager that was it as far as fixing a customer complaint. As a business owner in town, I would be terribly ashamed if that was the customer service one of my clients received.

Everytime I come there's no food. Or a machine is not working or it is 8.30 and they are not preparing anymore food even when I know that 9pm should be the cut-off time...

Not impressed…will no longer be going to this location…can’t take an order correctly. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I drove off that I got a sandwich that was not remotely close to what I ordered. This has unfortunately happened a couple times, disappointed that the calibre of service is no longer what it once was.

Very bad experience, this morning I went for Chai tea before 6 a.m., a girl who was there in this morning she didn’t take order properly. It happened with me twice, last time also she put lots of sugar in my tea, and same this morning. I repeated my order 3 times, still she took wrong order.

The service was extremely slow, the employees seem to be working around each other and not together. You can see flies in the food display case and crawling on bagels. The dining room had 2/3 of the tables free, but none were clean.

Besides the fact you can't use the bathroom when needed. The staff made me wait said they had to make sure. I think they had to make sure I wasn't a drug addict first before they gave me the key to open the door. Mind you I have never done drugs in my life besides weed. I have cystic acne which sometimes flares up on my face, I guess they mistook that for junkie scabs. The food is always done right, coffee is always hot but the staff is rotten. They said I tried to give them a fake bill one time and every visit after that had to call a manager to inspect my cash. Embarrassing. I have never had fake money even if I did I wouldn't try to spend it. Apparently they had me on camera. I don't like going to that particular restaurant but it's closest to my work and the transit stop I use. I only use debit now. I make over 75k a year, I don't need to spend fake bills. Ridiculous to get stereotyped every time I go in because of they colour of my skin. Do better Tim Hortons.

Had long drive to out of town holiday weekend, up early, in rush, so decided to get quick breakfast at Timmie's drive through. Language problem through speaker. Had to repeatedly say tea with 4 milk on side (milk not creamers). Got drink, didn't smell it, put milk in, took sip - was coffee not tea and I hate coffee. Waste of a drink as could not drink it and no one else wanted it with milk. Third time in a few weeks with screw up at fast food restaurants!!!

Staff were excellent. I think it was a busy day, as staff were busy cleaning up. Weird they were out of timbits and salty wedge fries. Our food was served quickly and tasted good.
