The service was extremely slow, the employees seem to be working around each other and not together. You can see flies in the food display case and crawling on bagels. The dining room had 2/3 of the tables free, but none were clean.
Besides the fact you can't use the bathroom when needed. The staff made me wait said they had to make sure. I think they had to make sure I wasn't a drug addict first before they gave me the key to open the door. Mind you I have never done drugs in my life besides weed.
