The staff can make you feel like you are bothering them sometimes. The bathrooms are not always the cleanest. And the food options outside of the bakery are sub par. The barkery goods are good. The beverages are a bit confusing to navigate so i tend to stick to the ones i know. Coffee can be either good or bad and not always stirred properly.

Good. One problem with every tim Hortons is I think they should say before an order do you collect points? Like McDonald's does and Walmart. Alot of people have points and cashiers just take your money and hit the till and take it without scanning card. About 4 times atleast I can count where in tim Hortons I had my phone out ready to scan and they just took money and instantly opened till without even giving me a chance to scan card. For example.
