This coffee shop seemed very disorganized and not operating in the smooth normal efficiency you expect from a Tim's.

Went through the drive thru and was told I could not use scan and pay to pay for an order of a gift card. After going to another location in the soo I asked and was told I can do that. Girl behind the counter wouldn't even try to scan it. Not going back here, what a rip off.

Can you imagine going through their drive thru, ordering a medium iced coffee with less ice, and finishing it in just two sips? The entire cup was basically filled with ice there was literally a solid block of ice from top to bottom. It’s like I paid for a cup of ice with a splash of coffee

Waited over ten minutes in the drive through so I jumped the curb and went home to make better coffee. Very slow service for a mediocre coffee.

Does not accommodate large vehicles. Drive thru only after an undisclosed time.

Extremely disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. We stopped by around 7:45 AM after a 9-hour drive, and the supervisor taking our drive-thru order was flat-out rude. No basic courtesy, just pure attitude. One of us is a Tim Hortons supervisor and knows morning shifts start at 6 AM, so there was no excuse for that behavior. When we asked to speak with her, she refused to come to the window multiple times. Other staff even told us not to bother. If this is how she starts the day, good luck to anyone dealing with her later. Unacceptable.

I got a bagel, and smile cookies and they gave me the smile cookies and there was literally no icing because it got crushed. And the icing was literally stuck to the bag. We asked for multiple different items and they kept saying they didn't have anything. I'm super super disappointed.

When Tim Hortons staff can't serve a coffee properly, then they better close their doors. I ordered a coffee with ONE cream and the coffee apparently was way too white for one cream.. Since the newly hired staff possibly does not drink Coffee but Tea only, it seems they have no clue how the coffee should taste. The main problem is that Tim Horton is no longer a Canadian Company but a Company run by non-Canadians only. Rarely you would find any Canadians or people born in Canada working there. The main reason is that the new owners have to recover the Premium cost they already paid to purchase the store by importing workers on LMIA and in return, those poor unqualified workers pay these owners a hefty sum under the table (some thing like close to $30K - $50K) to immigrate to Canada along with their families.. What a nice scheme.. The owners get literally a Free Tim Hortons franchise and the workers get their immigration status… What a Scam being ignored by Canadian Immigration.. I know Canadian immigration is well aware of this fraud and the other frauds that are taking place but they do not take any action. Everyone is very lazy unfortunately. Where is the outrage? This illegality must stop and everyone who purchased Tim Horton’s franchise must be investigated and audited.. Tim Hortons these days do not even ask if a customer wants a receipt or not.. the reason is very obvious, they must be cheating on taxes as well.. CRA must take a note of this situation.. Please observe this and if you are given a receipt of purchase, then I will remove this review right away.
