My coffee tasted like milk water, no coffee in the latte.. came back to get a new one with no complaints.. this time ordered a bagel , and waited over 5 mins then nothing . The item was cleared from screen and never made.. i left without my bagel and they kept my money.. also i asked for my tip back from previous order.. they gave it back out of the til not out of the tip jar.. they technically stole the 5 dollars from the til

I had a great experience at the drive-thru with Tim Gotten Guy Sukhpreet Singh! He was friendly and efficient while taking my order. The service was quick, and everything was perfectly prepared. Sukhpreet made the whole experience smooth and pleasant—definitely a standout in customer service!

Made sandwich incorrect x2 times then argued with us when we tried to get it fixed. Trouble understanding basic English and horrible customer service skills. This restaurant has gone downhill since hiring cheap foreign labour. We avoid this restaurant when we can and management doesn't seem to care about customers happiness.
Awful service, a girl took an order for the person in front of me, then walked away to do whatever didn't even acknowledge me then waited 10 minutes before someone finally took my order. There were 8 people just standing around looking like they didn't know what to do.

It would be nice if they carried mustard for the sausage sandwiches. The constantly changing menu board inside was horrible to try to read for first timers. Good coffee and breakfast.
