Just came out of the drive through and left 1 of 2 orders there. Why are the afternoon staff so rude!!!! Ordered 2 orders from one car and they would not process the second order with the app because they punched it in as one order then decided to snap at us for the mistake. I wish the owner would take back pride in his staff he really needs to spend some time with his afternoon staff!

This is one of the places where they need to be tought why the coffee should not be filled right up to the brim.. If Coffee is one of the main product of Tim Hortons then everyone should know how to serve a coffee and what 1 cream means. Todays was an extremely disappointing experience with their coffee as well as their staff's attitude, which must be changed right away. Let's make Coffee & Service Great Again at Tim Hortons. Also, it seems that these people are cheating CRA as they do not even offer the receipt to the customers... CRA, please investigate these people as to why they DO NOT ask their customers if the customers want to get receipt or not.. Other Tim Hortens, Please start asking the customers if they want a receipt or not.. This is a VERY BAD practice of not asking about the receipt.

Abaolute WORST run Tim Hortons we have personally been to. Went the other night @ 7:51 pm, they were all locked up and closed, deadbolted. (Photo attached was taken at that time)
We went through drive thru and asked what time the dining room closed, they said 8pm. Why close early?

They never have a selection at this location, Never.
*** Read the reviews and feedback for this location - Not sure why the company doesn't track how these locations are run. This location gives the rest a bad name!!!!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! in order to make any kind of complaint you need to remember the last time you ordered your crappy food...stop hiring workers that clearly hate canadians....theres no reason for them to be so disconnected with english...they even close their storefront at 7 but keep the drive thru till 10...nothing screams run away more than this location

Ordered breakfast items for my family. They forgot one of my hash browns and as such I had to go into the restaurant and get my missing item. Do better. You have one job, to make sure we get what we paid for.
