Ordered breakfast items for my family. They forgot one of my hash browns and as such I had to go into the restaurant and get my missing item. Do better. You have one job, to make sure we get what we paid for.

I'm pretty sure my toddler got food poisoning from their timbits. She ate 1 and half timbit and started throwing up. I smelt the timbits and they smelt like yeast and did not smell sweet at all. She was feeling fine before she ate them. Then she felt sick with stomach pains for the last 24 hours now. Almost had to take her to emerge.Please make sure the stations are all sanitary. Make sure frozen and unfrozen foods are put where they need to be so they don't go stale...

One of the worst visits to a Tim Hortons I have ever had. I stood at the counter for almost five minutes while the staff took care of car after car at the drive-through. The only customers that seemed to matter were the ones in cars.
