Typical Tim Hortons... Coffee and donuts
It’s always a convenient spot for a quick coffee, tea, or snack at the drive thru. This location is very clean. The servers are very polite. Overall it’s a nice place to stop in or meet up with a friend. Try my favorite, a Large London Fog, they also make a good Chai Latte.

ordered multiple times either the order is wrong or they don't tell you they're out of an item and put something random in your bag tims will never be what it used too.

If I could, I would give this PLACE 0 stars!!! Don't order from here; I spent 50$ here and they messed up ALLL our drinks and were so careless they couldn't even pick up their phone, a drink should not taste like bath & Body works ! They mixed a bunch of syrups together making a potion of something that tastes like a candle nobody should ever go through this having to pay so much and the least amount of respect, i am usually very understanding, but they didn't even have that decency to answer me. Gods going to get you for this, very disappointed.

I order off skip to get my orders delivered sometimes and the workers are great. Recently when I’ve ordered — some things have been missing or substituted for another item (ie: today a large ice cap). This is no hate to the workers I just think management needs to mark items on skip as sold out because you don’t get a refund for money you just get these skip points. It’s stupid.

This coffee tastes like someone took a mug of hot water and splashed some milk in it, and then brewed coffee on the other side of the room.

Today, I ordered a cilantro veggie wrap and a coffee in second line Tim hortons and my experience was very disappointed with what I received. The wrap was extremely watery, the rice inside was hard and difficult to chew (almost raw/stale), and the portion size was much smaller than usual. Even the flour wrap was sticked paper as you can see everything in the pictures i shared with you. Overall quality of veggie wrap was poor and not worth it. I usually get fresh and delicious wrap from other Tim hortons but today it was not good. Even when i called them and informed i got this kind of wrap, they said talk to manager. Do we need to come specifically for this? Although I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, this experience was extremely unsatisfying. I hope if you care more in food preparation and portioning so customers can receive fresh and properly cooked meals, also nobody can deal with this kind of food. only this Tim Horton’s service is slow and terrible. Even i saw one day two of their employees were fighting and she was abusing in front of me and other customers to her other member. I do not know literally, is this a way to give best service to customer?

This place has got to be the worst Timmies to go to at night. The service is horrible. They are rude, they never maje anything right. The worst thing to order at night has got to be an IceCapp.. for the price they charge .. its disgusting. They over blend it so its runny and never tastes like it should. They need to get experienced employees not newbies who dont know what they are doing. I will not be going to this store anymore. Ill drive to another store. Even during the day. 4th IcedCapp that couldn't consume in the past few weeks. Total BULLSHIT. $20 in total that I lost . Guess thats how they treat their customers at the establishment. DISGUSTING FOOD/DRINKS!!!.. RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. I went in to sort out an issue with a messed-up order, and while one of the male staff members was helpful and took my name down for follow-up, things went downhill fast the next day. When I returned, the two female employees at the front (both wearing glasses) were incredibly rude and dismissive when I explained the situation. They gave me unnecessary attitude simply because my name wasn’t in the log — even though another male staff member later confirmed I had been there the day before and had spoken to someone.
There was absolutely no reason for the disrespect or tone I received while calmly trying to resolve their mistake. Based on this experience, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. And frankly, those two employees should not be working front-of-house with that kind of attitude toward customers.

1: The phone goes right to busy whenever I try to call. This goes on every time. Apparently it is set up this way so they don’t have to deal with people. 2. I just got a caramel latte and at least 1/4 of it is foam. I did not ask for any and I ordered a large. So I paid for a bunch of air. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. Time Hortons can do better and should do better instead of ripping people off especially with higher priced drinks. Disgusting.
Not Clean whatsoever, just saw worker dumping a brewed coffee bucket in the machine, it literally washed their bare hands in the way and they acted like its normal.

Hy if u can watch your store front delivery desk camers u can find how they treated us we explained them but they lie on our face time around 4pm
