Regular medium roasted coffee tastes a bit different than other stuff I have had. Prefer others. Quick service, good price.

Slow! We waited 15 minutes just for 2 plain coffees. I timed it. No apologies for long waited, but come on, after 5 minutes, it's too long. Plus coffeemate for creamer, really? No regular creamer. Never again. We should have just went to McDonald's for it.

Everytime we go to Michigan from Illinois we have to get as many biggby stops in as possible. Love the coffee drinks. Love the sandwiches with the cream cheese schmeer. Highly recommend This location is a drive thru only, no inside.

I come here quite often, and the product is good, overall. My only minor complaint is there is frequent turnover which can cause delays. I’ve been in line for 20 mins at times when there are only 2 car ahead of me. This never happens at the Bridgman location which I’m always in and out of in 5-10 mins regardless of how many customers are ahead of me in line Again, I’m a satisfied customer overall - the employees are very polite and the product is always well made, but better employee retention strategies (higher wages?) might make operations more efficient.

I love these smaller drive thrus popping up everywhere. Bigby is, in my opinion, better than Starbucks. Creamier frozen lattes and so many flavor options.

I know there was a time that I came here before and was not pleased with what I received. On the day I visited here this time my order was made perfect, and the service was excellent as well.
