Used the BK app to find a Birger King while traveling. Got to this location in Sawyer, MI. It’s 9:45AM, I wait in the line and when it’s finally my turn it’s exactly 10AM, and they tell me that I can only get lunch. Then they won’t let me use the app. They said they don’t accept the App. Then, the prices were more than double of any other Burger King I’ve ever been to. No national deals like the 2 for 5 or any of that. I’m done with Burger King unless they take away this guys franchise. They need to lose it.

Not a full menu and it’s combined with Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Popeyes. Prices were higher. We liked the combo of being all these fast food places all together in one place everyone could get what they want. But it wasn’t full menus and you had to wait in separate lines for each restaurant so we ended up being in each line more than 15 minutes. Liked the idea of it all but pros and cons.

Traveling on the highway, especially returning home from a short trip, you want to grab a bite to eat and get on the road quickly to finish the drive.
This place took forever. The wait was ridiculous for two burgers, one order of fries, and two bottles of water. Then, we discovered that the order was incorrect, but only after getting on the highway. Finally, we didn't dine in because the place was filthy.

I witnessed an extremely unprofessional situation at this Burger King location. While visiting, I saw a woman — not in uniform — aggressively confront and reprimand employees who were clearly working hard and doing their jobs. She got in their faces and spoke to them in a way that was completely inappropriate, especially in front of customers.
These employees were hustling and respectful, and the woman’s behavior came across as power-tripping, unnecessary, and frankly, abusive. It was uncomfortable and made me question the kind of management or outside influence this location is allowing in the workplace.
It’s no wonder people don’t want to work in fast food when they’re treated like this, especially in public. If this is how Burger King allows its team members to be treated, it reflects very poorly on the brand as a whole. I won’t be returning to this location — and I truly hope those workers get the respect and support they deserve.

I witnessed a very disturbing event within Burger King, to see some kind of disrespectful reprimand to employees that seem to be busting their asses, this lady is in regular clothes that popped out of nowhere and decided to jump in employees faces! Wonder why people don't want to work for Burger King! This lady is a black lady, the employees are white and where actively working and doing their jobs to an outsiders outlook! I don't need to know what the lady's problems are and who she doesn't want her employees talking to I came to get food after driving all day! This seems to me a very hostile work environment within management, how else would this lady be able to be in there dressed in her street clothes! Why is bullying and intimidation allowed within Burger King, I would definitely hate to think this is a racial issue. Praying for these 2 ladies and hopefully Burger King will stand up for these hard workers that I could not even do myself! Very hostile environment
