Local Pour is a Gem! They are dedicated to Michigan Craft Beverages - what a worthy cause! Their curated selection of wines, beers, spirits, and mixers never disappoints and is constantly evolving. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, yet very easy to talk to. I was surprised at how large the selection of wines and beers they had on hand, and they make a good cocktail too.Not only do they offer great service and exciting events at Local Pour, but they also have a catering license. This means that you can have them pour Michigan wines, beers, and spirits at your own private event. My husband and I had Steve Salisbury, an employee at Local Pour, come to our house to present and pour wines for a wine dinner. Steve made everyone feel a part of the conversation, whether they were a wine aficionado or a novice. He gave great background information about Michigan wines in general as well as sharing the stories of the producers and vineyards. It was a memorable night for everyone! I highly recommend this service!

Wow - great beverage tasting place right off I-94. They get wines from all over Michigan from the southern boundary with Indiana to the Leelanau Peninsula vs. just from local places. Not restricted to wine, our group did beer, red wine, and even sparkling. Didn't sit a the bar. Many tables throughout. Friendly place.

Wow - interesting tasting place right off I-94. They aren't restricted to one winery; they get wines from all over western Michigan from the southern boundary with Indiana to the Leelanau Peninsula. You can try regular wine, sparkling wine, and even beer. You don't need to sit at the bar; there are lots of tables.

Local Pour is a LOCAL HIT!!!! what an incredible experience and we even had our 12 year old daughter with us as we created our own Michigan wine trail and stumbled upon these front doors!! The wines were delicate and tastefully beautiful and our service was impeccable!! They had music jammin' outside and the band was a blues singin' masterpiece blend to go alongside the crackers and vino!! We will certainly be back to look, taste, listen and take home more wine to Chicago so we can tell them how much better the grapes are in Sawyer!!!

We spent the week doing the wine trail, and this is the only place we went to twice. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, and she made the whole experience that much more enjoyable! This is such a great concept and the first tasting room of this kind that we've ever been to. There is seating inside as well as a nice outdoor space. This is also the first time I've ever had horseradish vodka. It blew my mind. Order a Bloody Mary with it, and it will be the one you measure all others against.

Really lovely tap room with all local brews! Extensive selection of wine, beer, cider, mead & bourbon, as well as art from local painters & photographers. Owner-proprietor is very welcoming & knowledgeable.We stopped to have lunch at the Indian/American pop-up next door, and got a flight of cider to go with our meal. The owner let us bring our meal to her tables since we bought drinks from her. Love the support forsymbiosis with other local businesses! If we were locals we'd definitely check out the tastings & other events she is hosting. If you're driving past or in Sawyer definitely stop by!

I wish I could give a 3.5 here. I see what they're trying to do - Wine, spirits, and beer from all local places. It's a great idea! I just didn't love the beers I had, and wish they had food options.
