I mean, I know you shouldn't expect much from a Little Caesars, but I ordered almost an hour before they close on a Saturday and the way my ordered look when I got home looked like it was cooked for all of 3 minutes. Absolutely terrible. If you're going to stay open till 11:00 pm, serve good pizza cooked all the way through until 11:00 p.m.

Kids making the food are great best crazy bread of any in kalamazoo county. Service would of got a 4 or 6 as well if it isn't for this incredibly unpleasant manager with blue hair and scrunchy face and incredibly poor customer service skills doesn't talk just stands there and texts until you give your order even then finishes all texting before x going anything for the order. She did it to me then I watched the next 3 people get the same treatment. Really brings a good restraunt and otherwise good crew down. Almost like something out of a bad commercial.

I went to Schoolcraft little ceasers Friday may 16th and ordered a cheese pizza light sauce as I always do and like usual it had normal sauce. I had to ask the manager Ashley if she was remaking it or what as she didn't tell me anything . The point is she was very rude and she would not answer my questions on how to contact corporate office even though she is a manager and I know she has that information she would not give it to me. she just ignored me until I finally raised my voice. I never got out of line, I never swore, I was just simply asking for the information because I've had this problem over and over again at the store. After ignoring me and she finally gave me her name. She said what do you want me to do and I said get your workers to make the pizzas correctly she is the manager that is her job. That is when she told me to leave the store. This store really needs to get their stuff together there was other customers in there that I've gotten their orders wrong also From the store. Pathetic. Terrible service .!!!! Ashley needs to find a new job.!!!!

My order got mistaked for a regular pizza when I ordered a stuffed crust however I was given a free 2 l and a free pizza to make right of the situation. They recognize their mistakes and compensated me for it will go there anytime because of this!
