My order got mistaked for a regular pizza when I ordered a stuffed crust however I was given a free 2 l and a free pizza to make right of the situation. They recognize their mistakes and compensated me for it will go there anytime because of this!

No pizzas ready, one of the employees kept wandering off, they had to keep yelling at him to come help, forgot half my order told me 5 minutes to make what they forgot more like 20 and then it was the wrong thing, I took it because we were starving just wanted out of there next time will just wait and go to three rivers, will not stop at this location again!!

I ordered extra butter and parm crazy bread & cheese crazy puffs & when I got them they had two pieces of parm… so I asked politely for them to fix it and the person working rolled their eyes and went in the back only to not fix it….. I ended up going to the one on center for them to fix the crazy bread. I got home and the crazy puffs are pepperoni puffs…. I have not ever had issues at this little Caesars but this is just crazy.

It's okay. Came here once and the manager was on the phone to get the pizza portal back up. But he never got someone else to hand me my order. Sat 5 ish minutes to get my already made pizza handed to me.Another time a worker gave my order away to someone else. Luckily they came back.
When someone orders in the drive through and the pizza isn't made, have them pull to the front of the store to wait. No one in line behind them can leave because of the dumb island next to the drive through and we sat for 25 minutes stuck for a hot and ready.

This Little Caesars Pizza store is absolutely the best, and I won't change my opinion on that. I've been a loyal customer since the day this store first opened its doors. It has been over fifteen years, and it still remains the top choice for me. Of course, I've had a few not-so-great experiences, but they are few and far between. That says a lot, especially during times of financial difficulty. By now, everyone should know how to get a more delicious pizza from here. It's all about getting a freshly made pizza and enjoying it without waiting for too long. Don't get me wrong, it won't taste as amazing as a pizza from an authentic Italian-owned pizzeria. That's a given. This is budget pizza we're talking about. Just like you wouldn't expect heated and cooled seats, a quiet cabin, and a smooth ride in a Mitsubishi Mirage! It's a compact economy car that gets 40 MPG and is very easy to work on, not to mention cheap to maintain. I hope my analogy brings a smile to your face and captures the essence of what I'm trying to convey.
