Kids making the food are great best crazy bread of any in kalamazoo county. Service would of got a 4 or 6 as well if it isn't for this incredibly unpleasant manager with blue hair and scrunchy face and incredibly poor customer service skills doesn't talk just stands there and texts until you give your order even then finishes all texting before x going anything for the order. She did it to me then I watched the next 3 people get the same treatment. Really brings a good restraunt and otherwise good crew down. Almost like something out of a bad commercial.

Couple of times I've gone thru the drive through ....not even sure if it is open. Lighted sign says open, but takes awhile for someone to come to the window. One time, I just left.

I went to Schoolcraft little ceasers Friday may 16th and ordered a cheese pizza light sauce as I always do and like usual it had normal sauce. I had to ask the manager Ashley if she was remaking it or what as she didn't tell me anything . The point is she was very rude and she would not answer my questions on how to contact corporate office even though she is a manager and I know she has that information she would not give it to me. she just ignored me until I finally raised my voice. I never got out of line, I never swore, I was just simply asking for the information because I've had this problem over and over again at the store. After ignoring me and she finally gave me her name. She said what do you want me to do and I said get your workers to make the pizzas correctly she is the manager that is her job. That is when she told me to leave the store. This store really needs to get their stuff together there was other customers in there that I've gotten their orders wrong also From the store. Pathetic. Terrible service .!!!! Ashley needs to find a new job.!!!!

My order got mistaked for a regular pizza when I ordered a stuffed crust however I was given a free 2 l and a free pizza to make right of the situation. They recognize their mistakes and compensated me for it will go there anytime because of this!

Employee with the British (sorry if its Australian) accent is so hardworking but also kind and funny. Customer service gets difficult. They were experiencing a rush, but he was still so kind to fix an online order mistake i made myself
No pizzas ready, one of the employees kept wandering off, they had to keep yelling at him to come help, forgot half my order told me 5 minutes to make what they forgot more like 20 and then it was the wrong thing, I took it because we were starving just wanted out of there next time will just wait and go to three rivers, will not stop at this location again!!

I ordered extra butter and parm crazy bread & cheese crazy puffs & when I got them they had two pieces of parm… so I asked politely for them to fix it and the person working rolled their eyes and went in the back only to not fix it….. I ended up going to the one on center for them to fix the crazy bread. I got home and the crazy puffs are pepperoni puffs…. I have not ever had issues at this little Caesars but this is just crazy.

It's okay. Came here once and the manager was on the phone to get the pizza portal back up. But he never got someone else to hand me my order. Sat 5 ish minutes to get my already made pizza handed to me.Another time a worker gave my order away to someone else. Luckily they came back.
