I've never had a bad experience with this location. The customer service is always pretty good and the food quality has never been anything less than expected. Pretty accurate wait times as well as I have never had to sit and wait for very long. I love the convenient drive-thru on the site as well. I always use that whenever I can as it saves me from having to get out of my car in the cold winter.

Kids making the food are great best crazy bread of any in kalamazoo county. Service would of got a 4 or 6 as well if it isn't for this incredibly unpleasant manager with blue hair and scrunchy face and incredibly poor customer service skills doesn't talk just stands there and texts until you give your order even then finishes all texting before x
going anything for the order. She did it to me then I watched the next 3 people get the same treatment. Really brings...
