I stopped in the McDonald's in School craft, MI for a quick bite. I went inside to order. As I wanted to pay cash I waited a couple of minutes for someone to come to the cash register and was told "order on the kiosk". I explained I was paying cash so she did take my order. I ordered one Egg McMuffin. While waiting for my sandwich two of the employees were behind the counter literally yelling at each other about speaking wrong to each other. Really unprofessional and not very good for customers to hear. My sandwich took 8 minutes which I felt was a bit much. I took it to go and while eating it in the car found 3 or 4, 1/4" eggshells. Yuck!!

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the entire chain at least in the state of Michigan the location is a business directly relocated right center of a construction zone that's been there for God knows how long and will never be finished the staff is rude the restaurant is a mess and they have an incredibly difficult time of getting the food out recommend all doordashers avoid this store at all costs that is the only way that we can get them to step up their service

Ordered online, lg 1/4 lb meal and 4 burgers. I received just squished burgers. Asked for the pop... AND the fries. When they finally brought out pop and fries it was 2 small fries, not the large that I ordered. I'd had enough and just ate my squished burgers, watered down pop and small cold fries. WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

Serves burritos that are so stuck to the paper, you lose half the tortilla and this morning instead of coffee in the iced coffee, they put sweet tea. YUM 🙄 of course they don't ever answer their phone. I bet it's on mute otherwise it would ring off the hook all day long.

The place was filthy at 16:11 p.m.... employees not in uniform at all and their hair not in nets. The one who came to work in a dirty white shirt and long dreads, came in and made an ice cream cone and stood and ate it right in front of customers... not professional at all, will never be back. Employees are rude and have no business serving customers! 😔 $35 dollars later... buns are like rubber and fries were old... what is going on back there?
