I pulled up at 11:57 due to my stove not working and not being able to cook and the only guy on shift Joe made sure I had something to eat for the night. During a super rough storm with tornados. Went above and beyond for me and I can’t be more grateful.

Online ordered and when we pulled up, they did not have an item we ordered, an orange frosty, as well as telling us they only had enough for two small frostys which was a problem since we ordered larges. The guy offered to give us three large drinks (which we only wanted one haha) on top of the two small frostys. He then gave us a large fry and refunded us the cost of the frosty they were out of. He was very professional and nice about the whole thing. I left feeling very pleased with the service here. Best service I've gotten anywhere in a while.

Don’t even do it. I sat in the drive thru for literally 10 minutes for a burger with hair in it. It was a long blonde hair btw. And half an order of fries. I will never return to this Wendy’s again. I’ll go down the street to McDonald’s. Absolutely
