Not sure why all of these reviews are so mean. Meka, the manager is amazing. I had a mistake with my order and she fixed it and made it right. Good food, fast times, and great place. Come grab some food from here

Download the app for the first time place my order and says the store is closed which they are not I ended up going through the drive thru service very unfriendly needless to say I'll be deleting the app

Has to be THE SLOWEST Arby's that I have ever been to. They are always out of items and are never ready for rush hours. The "lady" with the glasses is rude as ever. They neglected to tell me they were out of fresh items until I had already paid. I told them I didn't have time. I was on lunch. I need a refund. I was greeted with an eye roll and slowly punching in the keys on the keyboard to give me my refund. If you hate your job that much go find something else. Her two co-workers are not much better

Went here recently and the man at the window that gave us our online order must really dislike his job. He was very snappy and rude when we asked for our sauces. He yelled "they're in the bag if you ordered them!" ... firstly, chill bro. Secondly, we asked because the last few times we came here, they forgot. We got home with our food and not surprisingly, no sauces. We got horsey sauce we didnt ask for, but no ranch or bbq or marinara. Mozzarella sticks are constantly undercooked... no cheese pull, cold, probably been sitting out. And they constantly don't give us our entire order, but the bag is "sealed" and they say they aren't capable of double checking if the orders are correct because of the sticker. $15 an hour and they can't put ranch in a bag... oh ok.

Super rude employee Hannah came out and said I could not order food and to leave Hannah stood on the side of my car yelling at me /Manager is super UNPROFESSIONAL will not be coming back also there are stray cats in the back Hannah said there were shelters in the woods for the cats VERY UNCALLED
