I've never had a problem here before but, this is awful. The Mozzarella Sticks I got were so crunchy and hard that it actually hurt to chew. they are burnt. 2 of them didn't even have cheese in them.

I DoorDashed from here. Big mistake will never do it again. The whiskey, river barbecue wrap had no barbecue sauce in it. It was cold. They couldn’t bother to have melted cheese. Don’t get me started on this French onion soup cold liquid with croutons inside and they forgot the most important thing of all the CHEESE. Waste of money and bad quality McDonald’s does a better job of ensuring quality than this place.Worst part is, DoorDash refuses to refund me or compensate me for any of this inedible garbage

this up they are going to need to open more locations to satisfy the demand. That king roll is a pretty tasty maki too! The employees are delightful too! So warm and welcoming.

My family (table of 8) came for a memorial dinner. We never had a waitress/waiter come up to us after sitting down for almost 20 minutes. We placed orders for appetizers and dinner. We got our drink orders pretty fast after placing them. Some of us drank them all before we got our food. The appetizers came, one of us asked for a Diet Coke. It didn't come for 37 minutes when they started bringing out our food. The waitress asked how everything went, we mentioned we needed more beers. She interrupted us saying "just about the food". When she got to the other side of the table we politely said "we need a few more Labatt Blues" and she cut us off saying "I know what you are drinking. What about your food!?" The food came. Hoping it was better...it wasn't. The nachos were ice cold. The turkey burger had no sauce on it. The pizza had no sauce. One of us went to a manager to talk about it. Nothing was done to our bills at all. When the one couple that paid in cash, she literally threw their change in the table and left without saying anything. This was the only time in my life I didn't leave a tip. I normally start at 20-25% and adjust from there. It was absolutely ridiculous. I hope no one gets "Steph" for their service here at the 23 mile road location.
