I got a smoothie a week ago. The smoothie was only 3/4 full and it was room temperature. I told the young coworker and without hesitation she made me a brand new one and it was in a larger cup, I was very impressed. This coworker was prob in late teens early twenties, I think it just shows you that customer service is not dead. The manager of this location is as good as they come as well. Always in a good mood, friendly, polite and he cares about his customers.
