Great service. Needed some bagels for early Saturday morning ( before they opened). Called Friday afternoon and was told if I placed an order before 7:30 pm that they would fire up their oven and have fresh bagels in 30 to 45 minutes for me.
Nothing like the look of misery from the girl taking your order. I've come here a few times over the past month and it's the same mood. If you hate your job, go find another one. Also, when you ask for extra creme cheese, in the most polite way, you barely get any. The breakfast sandwich, on positive note, was very good and for a fair price.

Do not waste your money at this place. Their eggs are not fresh and are made in a microwave. The bagels are fine, but nothing special. They give very little cream cheese. Go somewhere else.

Best chain bagel spot, there is a reason they have so many locations now. Venture out and try the Jalapeno salsa cream cheese if you like a tiny bit of spice :)

This afternoon, I purchased an everything bagel with cream cheese, onion, and tomato here and they charged me for the lox bagel sandwich which is double the cost of most of the bagel sandwiches at $8.99 vs $4.50. I asked why since I wasn’t buying lox (I’m vegetarian) and they told me they rung it up correctly and that’s the cost. I was still confused and said that doesn’t make any sense and they seemed entirely unsympathetic, didn’t respond, and just went about their business. After tip, it was $10 for a bagel that should have been far less, such a ripoff.

It was a cold rainy afternoon, I had just gotten off a long day at work, and all I wanted was a bagel. I was skeptical at first because I had never been to a big apple, but decided what the heck. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, a muffin, and a regular espresso. I will say, this bagel was one of the best bagels I have ever had in my entire life. The service was great, i was in and out in a jiffy. Big apple made my day 1000% better.

I really tried to like this place as I live down the street, this was my second bad service from 2 different people. First incident the lady threw my change at the counter as my hand was out ok no big deal. I went in today patiently waiting ordered a combo for myself with a coffee and one for my husband as the girl handed me my coffee I said my husbands was regular she said she didn’t charge me ok fine paid for his coffee. As you hand someone 2 black coffees you would think to ask if we needed cream sugar? So I stood there finally said may I have cream she handed me 3 cream packets get my husbands coffee again no cream, I look to the side of the counter looking for cream and stirrer considering I just added my cream and the older women at the register rudely says to me what did you need. I replied a stirrer she said we keep that behind the counter and the next time you can just ask if you need something… well let’s see I’m sure when someone gets a coffee I don’t have to ask for cream,sugar and a stirrer if you had that out and you want to have an attitude with me. Honestly I like to give people a second chance but I doubt I’ll be back. Change your attitude and teach your younger staff the proper way when serving items that would need additional condiments.

Im here often for deliveries, today was the first time I got to try it. (I deliver before they're open for business for the day) I must say, it's delicious. I had the BLT on an everything bagel. Definitely will come back for more.
