First time trying Detroit style pizza and we knew we wanted to try Buddy’s. We weren’t totally sure what to order, but luckily Dejuan our server was incredible! He gave us wonderful recommendations, great service , and he was just fun! We had a delicious meal and a great time. I had not ordered from buddies for quite some time I just remember how good their antipasto salads were with the cubed, meat and cheese, delicious dressing and all of that. now the meat is just sliced like any other place would do and very little of it. The dressing is just of vinegar and no flavor, $10 for an individual salad, definitely not worth it so disappointing! buddies used to be the best in town, not any more. I won’t be coming back.
Afer being a Buddys customer for over 35 years, we wont be back. picked up a carryout of a 4 pc cheese pizza and bread at Chesterfield...nothing like it used to be back in the day. hardly any cheese, dough was semi raw underneath cheese. breadsticks were flat and hard, no butter or parm cheese on them.
