Just went to a funeral luncheon at Capital Banquet Center, and ALL the food was outstanding. You can go to a golf course and the food won't be half as good as Chef John. The salad was fresh, the Alfredo, potatoes, mixed vegetables and prime rib were all delicious. Read the reviews on the venue being dated, which I agree. But the food made up for it.

Had Capital for outside catering. Outstanding food, generous portion & excellent service, all at a reasonable price.! Chef John and his entire staff made my birthday bash fun. Many of my guests had similar comments. Highly recommend, will definitely hire Capital in the future.

They were really great and very kind!! There was a little buffet going on for a different school and they were kind enough to offer the left over foods to my school. The food was delicious!! Definitely recommend for any event

They had some leftover food from a band competition and when we went to grab food we were a little hesitant, but we took some pasta and potatoes and it was AMAZING!! BEST PASTA IVE HAD FROM A BANQUET CENTER!!!!
