Got a chicken sandwich which was rubbery and cold. I went through the drive thru at the Shelby Michigan location. This as my second time. The first time was good. Not sure what they did to the chicken sandwich but will never go back. I didn’t go back because I was already home. Didn’t even give it the dog. Uncooked chicken.
Food doesn’t hit anymore. It’s simply not good probably because they added 300 chemicals to their chicken. Literally. Sorry chick fil a you’re on the same level as McDonald’s now.
Horrible guest treatment, especially the senior head coach Jack Zagrodzki, definitely disrespectful, very rude, not polite at all, I will stop going there me and my whole entire family, I don’t know how Chick fil a would hire such person, other employees are terrific and helpful. Don’t go there because you will be mistreated by this awful guy, I will keep loving and enjoying different locations. Short brief about my last experience at this location: So I order food and meals for 5 people, The cashier girl was new, she rung up my order wrong and I have no issue with that at all, She was very nice and polite, she apologized for the mistake and she asked Jack to help her to correct the mistake, Jack was so rude to her as an employee also he was very rude to me as a customer, his tone voice was terrible with big attitude and roll up his eyes and showed disrespect and dislike. Totally unprofessional. Thanks.
