We usually never have a problem with chic-fil-a but there is one lady at the front desk who is incredibly nasty and shouldn’t be working customer service. When a customer comes in saying you guys forgot something and brings the receipt, just give us our missing food. Instead of apologizing for a minor mistake she gave us a dirty look and stated “its sometimes at the bottom of the bag??” Like what? If we came back into the building that means we already looked in our bag and funny enough, our mac n cheese wasnt there. She was wearing glasses and seriously needs to work on her manners and overall level of respect. Do better. No body is going to lie about a $4 mac n cheese anyways

What a great place to eat. The Best Chicken sandwich, waffle fries and Mac and cheese I've ever had!!!! I went back on a Sunday and couldn't believe they were closed 😳😢. I went home and made me don't eggs.
Rebecca (99% sure that was her name) was very helpful on the phone making sure there were celiac-safe options! I never come here but probably will more often now :)

I was waiting in drive through line for awhile which was kind of annoying seeing all the cars behind me get their food before me. But they not only noticed my wait but went out of their way to gave me a free drink voucher as well to make up for it

I am so impressed tonight. Our order was incorrect but the manager Krystal and her team lead went above and beyond to make it right! She and her lead absolutely set the standard for how a manager should treat customers in the food business... Thank you to Krystal and her team!! I never thought I would get an incorrect food order and say - I cant wait to be back!

I have waited to pick up an order for over 20 minutes now because the kid behind the counter kept saying that it was almost ready. Finally found a manager on my own and found out that the restaurant lost the order and they won't remake it. However, they marked it as ready and completed on the merchant's side of doordash so they won't be dinged for it. The kid behind the counter never even looked at the screen for my order, he just kept saying it will be ready in one minute. Waste of time and money. No resolution from the store. No consequences for anyone but the dasher. I recommend all dashers reject all orders from this chic - fil - A so you don't lose money and perhaps the restaurant will.
