I highly recommend Chilis Grill & Bar, located at 8296 26 Mile Rd, Shelby Township, MI 48316. They are way better than going to Apple Bees as the food is a bit cheaper and so much better.

I ordered carry out from here. The staff were pleasant but the food was awful. The steak fajitas were dry and chewy and overpowered by cilantro. I knew not to expect much but this was really bad.

We came in last week to celebrate a birthday in the family. I called earlier in the day to see what would be the best option, because we had seven people. I figured they didn't do reservations, which I confirmed on the phone. I asked if there was a website or an app that I could add my name to, to help make the wait time shorter if they were busy. I was told no. There were zero options. So I asked if the only way was to just show up and hope for the best. Was told yes. So that's what we did. Of course, when we got there, they were slammed, and we were told the wait was 25 minutes. After I stood there for nearly 40 minutes, waiting and staring at the sign that said "Skip the Line! Download our app!" I asked the hostess if the table was almost ready and expressed my frustration with the phone call I had earlier. She sat us a few moments later, and things got better from there.
Our server, Carter, was a polite young man. He was patient and took great care of us. The food took a little while to come out, which was expected because they were busy. My chicken was perfect, the triple dippers were delicious. My husband's burger was ok, not the greatest, but not awful. Carter kept our drinks full and checked on us often. He kept our cake in the cooler and brought it with plates and silverware after our meal. Overall, it was a great night out with family.

10/10!!! First off once we were seated for a moment the manager came over and greeted us like we were family and just chit chatted with us. Then our server Jennifer was amazing!! Gave me a kids dessert for free (she noticed I am pregnant lol), she brought my husband a to-go drink without him asking for one, she brought out fresh tortillas for me to take home without me asking. Finally the food was amazing! It was an awesome experience and we will be back!

I (Kristy) and seven others recently visited Chili’s 10/12/2024 and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The food was fresh and perfectly cooked and everything from the appetizers to the entrees was on point.However, the real highlight of the visit was our server, Jake. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. Jake made sure we had everything we needed, offered great menu recommendations, and checked in regularly without being intrusive. His positive energy truly enhanced our experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and hopefully, JAKE will be our server again! THANKS JAKE
